Friday the 13th, 2013 will go down in history with a special significance for my family. It was Dana’s 1st music recital after taking piano lessons for a year. She was invited to play at the Christmas Concert at The Arts House. Daddy couldn’t be more pleased as he believes that music is to be performed and enjoyed by an audience. We thank God that Dana was given such an exposure and it was made more memorable that Daddy accompanied Dana on two duets!

The night before the concert, Dana asked if we would be angry if she makes any mistakes during the concert. Not wanting to give her undue pressure, we assured her that as long as she has practised hard and given her best, we would be happy. We prayed with her and committed the recital to the Lord. Young as she is, she knew it was an important occasion and she wanted to do us proud. By God’s grace, she did. It’s our prayers that music will always be a large part in her life and she will continue to use the gift of music to bring joy and delight to others.

How lovely to hear Daddy & Daughter make music together…
