We flew off to KL in faith for the family wedding. During the rehearsal, Dana was still a little under the weather…we were worried if she can pull off her flower girl duties. But when the processional wedding music played and the doors opened, she flashed her confident smile (she remembered what Mommy told her!) and strutted in gracefully, leading her little cousin Stephanie beside her.

Flower Girls for the Day: Dana & Stephanie… |
Angels fluttering about… |
We all assumed it’s gonna be piece of cake to be a flower girl…But imagine as a young 3 or 5 year old, to walk into a huge, dimly lit ballroom with more than 500 pairs of eyes are staring at you…it’s can get a little daunting. Moreover, under the cocktail of anti-histamine and panadol, Dana was muted, not in top form. But that night, at the wedding, she showed us how much determination and resilience our little girl possesses…
The long march-in… |
Relieved after the duties! |
Although it was a hectic trip, we are happy to be part of the beautiful wedding; Daddy especially relished the chance to catch up with his Mom, his sibling, cousins and extended family…We wish Uncle Kenneth & Aunty Sue Leen everlasting wedded bliss.
