It was a sunny morning, a perfect day for an outing. At Mummy Yen’s invitation, Daddy, Mummy and Little Dana woke up bright and early to get ready for our trip to the Zoo! This was our impromptu itinerary and some animals we saw today:

Rainforest Fights Back Show at Shaw Foundation Amphitheatre
Animals include: Gibbons, Apes, Otters, Cockatoos, Rabbits and animals who inhabit the rainforest.

 
11.00amSplash Safari Show at Splash AmphitheatreAnimals include: Californian sealions, Caribbean manatees, jackass penguins and pelicans.

Despite the scorching heat, we had lots of fun exploring the zoo with two babies in tow. By noon, both darlings were so exhausted that they couldn’t even enjoy the waterplay at the Rainforest Kidzworld. They were so soundly asleep, oblivious to the shrieks of children frolicking in the water wonderland 🙂 This is the sort of weekends we look forward to. Thanks for inviting us Maddy.
