Lego and Fast Cars…appeal to children and adults alike.

Its interesting to note that among the few things that would appeal to any child – boy or girl – would be Lego. In fact, for some, this interest carries on even till adulthood!  To commemorate the Singapore Grand Prix 2014, Shell and LEGO have collaborated to launch a set of unique Shell V-Power LEGO® Collection and we’re proud that Singapore is the FIRST and ONLY country in the world that has launched this set of LEGO collectables.

We attended a media event this morning where we built our own LEGO race cars, learnt a little about miniature (tilt-shift) photography and hung out with fellow Shell-LEGO lovers over a leisurely brunch at Wooloomooloo Steakhouse Restaurant, Raffles City.

We then toured the Shell V-Power LEGO® Collection Roadshow at the ground level of Raffles City Shopping Centre which was organised for the public to soak in the electrifying F1 atmosphere and participate in some interesting fringe activities.

Kids can take up the challenge to build the fastest race car then put their cars to the tracks for a race. They can also snap photos of the 1:2 model of the F1 race cars made using Lego Bricks (including the legendary Ferrari F12 Berlinetta and the Ferrari F138).  Parents can check out about how Shell V-Power and Shell Fuelsave help to maximise fuel efficiency and keep car engines in tip-top condition.
