West Coast Park is our family’s favourite park. It’s accessible location from our home makes it even possible for Daddy and Dana to enjoy a round of night cycling last Tuesday evening when I had to work late. Imagine our delight when we saw the announcement that this year’s U Picnic will be held at West Coast Park!
We attended the inaugural U Picnic event at the Marina Barrage with our extended family last year and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Check out our review here. This October, Singapore’s largest family picnic event returns with a whimsical theme that promises nothing short of “Food.Fun.Experience” for the whole family!
There will be family-centric entertainment such as Sky Ballet Dancing, Unicorn Riding, Sparkles & Star Dust Activities, a ‘Potion Store’ (which will serve up concoctions of juices and beverages) and a ‘Candy House’ (where one can indulge in assorted candies)!
Families can also compete in:

– Best Dressed Family Competition
– Best Family Moments Photo Competition
– Family Challenges
A fabulous picnic basket filled to the brim with goodies worth more than $40 will be given out to all registered families to supplement their own picnic spread! If you ask us, this is the IDEAL event for family bonding!

FREE admission for children aged 3 years old and below. Free Shuttle Bus will be provided from Dover MRT Station on picnic day.
