Tried a new recipe for Dana’s dinner today. Taken from Annabel Karmel’s Top 100 Baby Purees book. It’s relatively easy to follow and taste delicious! I think our Princess will like it 🙂
Ingredients:
300g Potatoes, peeled and chopped
125g carrots, peeled and chopped
75g broccoli, cut into florets
2 tbsp milk
15g unsalted butter
40g cheddar cheese, grated
Method:
1. Put the potatoes and carrots into a saucepan, cover with boiling water and cook for 20 mins until tender.
2. Steam the broccoli florets for 8 mins until tender.
3. Drain the potatoes and carrots and mash together with broccoli, milk, butter and cheese.
Viola – Dinner is ready!
