With the haze in Singapore reaching unhealthy (and occasionally hazardous) levels in the past week and such unbearable humidity, one way to help our family stay cool and healthy is to detox our bodies of the toxins with power juices.
Today, with more toxins in the environment than ever, “it’s critical to detox,” says Linda Page, N.D., Ph.D., the author of Detoxification (Healthy Healing Publications). Dr. Page recommends detoxing for symptoms such as allergies, unexplained fatigue, irritated skin or low-grade infections.
