The NTUC UFamily Picnic, now into its 4th year returns to Marina Barrage next month! Organised by U Family, this year’s theme, ‘Space Odyssey’ was chosen to encourage families to look ahead to a positive future for them and their children. We have attended 2 UFamily Picnics in the past and always had a fun time!

Highlights of this year’s UPicnic include a cosmic stage performance by LED dancers and a spectacular intergalactic ultraviolet stage show featuring a medley of chart-topping hits. Families will get the chance to ‘moon-walk’ using rebound shoes, launch into the air on bungee trampolines, and meet friendly space ‘allies’ with a range of roving aliens, astronauts and other space creatures. Kids can also look forward to fun inflatables, spaceship balloon sculptures, inspirational Space Station,UFO landing photo opportunity, star gazing and interesting contests like the ‘Best Dressed Space Explorers’ Contest and ‘Best Anti-Gravity Photo’ Contest.

My family deserved to go because it has been a long for us to go out as a family due to financial constraints. Hope we can win and enjoy ourselves as a family!
We love having picnics because it means the opportunity to enjoy the sun, fresh air, and the kids get to run, jump, and roll on green grassy fields.
Firstly, my family didn’t attend such a picnic-based event before. Our life that been busy with work & kids education. We really need such an opportunities to take a break and bond with our kids!
We deserved the chance to go to this year Space Odyssey -themed U Picnic because this is the first time we going to enjoy picnic with many many fun-loving picnic-ers under the stars and what’s more… there is a whole lot of games awaiting for the kids to be playing and jumping with joy. I’m sure it is going to be memorable event for all of us.
A picnic is the only time when my 3 boys can run around as they like, without having me to chase after them to stop.
They are very much into space and ailens, I am sure that they will have a good time at the picnic.
Love having picnics as my kids get to run around freely n this is the best picnic ever as my kids get to mingle around with other kids too!!! What more, its aliens n spaceship invasions ???
