We took advantage of the STB’s Visit Singapore promotion and brought Dana to the Jurong Bird Park bright and early over the weekend. It’s her 1st trip there and an eye opener for her to be ‘up close and personal’ with so many birds.

We particularly liked the Flamingo Parade, the Penguin Encounter and the Lory’s Loft. Here are some photos to share:

On this outing, we discovered (much to our delight) that our Princess is quite ‘fearless’ and hardy; she eagerly reached out to touch the birds and she was happily taking in new sights despite the humid weather. We’ll be bringing her to the Singapore Zoological Gardens next month. Sure hope it’ll be another fruitful and enjoyable learning experience for her! 🙂
