Rainy Saturday morn…after dropping Dana off at her Mandarin class, the hubs and I detoured to Grandstand at Turf City for our morning cuppa and grocery shopping. We took a slow walk through the half-completed PasarBella Farmers’ Market which was inspired by other farmers’ markets around the world.
We love the rustic, charming vibe of the market and its whimsical open-concept store fronts. The hubs said it reminded him of the Victoria Market in Melbourne of which he held many fond memories as a student. Can’t wait for it to be fully operational so we can shop, dine and play all under one roof! Here are some snapshots captured my Instagram. |The name ‘PasarBella’ is derived from the local Malay term for ‘market’, and the Italian term ‘beautiful’.|
