Papayas are a very nutritious fruit. Papaya contains papain, an enzyme that breaks down protein and so boosts the digestion. They contain high amounts of Vitamin C, Vitamin A and even Vitamin E! Papayas are also high in soluble fibre which is important for normal bowel function.<\/p>\n
