We hadn’t planned on holding a party for Dana’s 4th birthday this year. But the Princess had attended 2 parties previously at Amazonia and endearingly requested that she would love to have her 4th Birthday Bash at The Amazonia. Being the typical indulgent parents with no heart to disappoint our daughter, we diligently paid a visit to Great World City one weekend, signed up as an Amazonia Member and before hubby knew it, plans were under way for a Fab 4th Birthday Bash!<\/p>\n

Top of my checklist included:<\/p>\n

1. Venue Decor<\/span><\/b> – Must be pretty and well-coordinated to fit the Hello Kitty theme. Decided to ship them in from USA Party City website.
2. Goody Bags<\/span><\/b> – Must contain items which are unique, not readily found in Singapore; girls will get Hello Kitty bags and boys Diego. Goody bags must bring a sparkle to the little guest’s eyes. (Hence all were ordered directly from USA’s Birthday Direct website)
3. Birthday Cake<\/span><\/b> – Must be yummy and enough for all guests. Ordered a 2 tier cake from Pine Gardens and baked my own Red Velvet cuppies to supplement. Also made colourful jellos which was a hit with all the guests!
4. Attire<\/b> for Birthday Girl<\/b><\/span> – Must be sweet yet sporty enough so she can run about in the gym.  Must match the Hello Kitty theme. So Mommy sourced and pre-ordered it from a GAP spree two months beforehand!<\/p>\n

10am Arrival of Guests<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
10-11am Playtime at Amazonia Jungle Playgym!<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
11am – 12noon Games followed by Cake Cutting and Lunch<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
12-1230pm – Phototaking, Distribution of Goody Bags<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
End of Party<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

After 1 hour of sliding and tumbling at the playgym outside, the party hosts rounded up the 20 little guests into the party room for some games! We are glad to see the little ones so participative and engaged!<\/div>\n

She will only be 4 once, we hope she’ll remember her birthdays fondly with each celebration we threw for her.<\/div>\n

And the feasting begins! The royal menu included meatball spaghetti, chicken nuggets, salmon fingers, choc eclairs and of course birthday cake and cupcakes. Not to mention free flow of chilled orange juice, much to the delight of all the little royal guests!<\/div>\n

Soon it was time to bid farewell but not before Dana thanked all her friends with a cute goody bag packed and personalised with each of them in mind! <\/div>\n

Davien thanked us for the invitation by giving Dana a hug. Very sweet of him!<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

Dana enjoyed her birthday celebrations thoroughly and that’s all it matters. We thank God for providing us with the resources and surrounding us with good friends to make this party a success. Amazonia is truly an amazing indoor party venue with centralised location and we have no regrets hosting Dana’s Fabulous 4th Party there.
