I remembered reading 'Alice in Wonderland' as one of the texts in our Children's Literature Class in University. Recently, they were in town and of course, I was more than happy to leverage on this occasion to introduce Dana to this Classic Children's Story. Dana attended Alice's Tea Party and had a fabulously fun time playing games and interacting with characters. She now knows the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat, the Queen of Hearts, the White Rabbit and of course Alice and the story has sort of … [Read more...]

The Princess and her classmates performed an inspiring Flamenco Dance at the Kindy Concert last Saturday which made all parents swell with pride. Wordless Wednesday: Singapore, my Home
Our Young Patriot8th August - Each day this year, school-going kids all across the country would be smartly dresed in Red and White and excitedly bound for school. Wordless Wednesday: Faith
As a mom of an only child, I worry about what the future brings. How would the girl grow up, what school would she attend and who can she call her own when we are no longer by her side. Everytime such thoughts assault me, this old hymn never fails to grant me peace:"Turn your eyes upon Jesus. Look full in His wondrous face. And the things of this world, will grow strangely dim...In the light of His Glory and Grace."Grant me more faith Lord, to believe that our lives … [Read more...]
