We had a family gathering on Grandma's birthday last Sunday and took the chance to snap some family photos at the poolside. Really pleased with the photos as they show the deep bonding we share with our daughter who's grown from a tiny infant to an inquisitve, active toddler in a blink of an eye!Our Princess is very animated now. She can do actions like 'clap', 'gongxi', 'wink', 'dance', 'hello', 'where', 'wave byebye', 'twinkle twinkle little star' and 'incy wincy spider'. She is able to sign … [Read more...]
How Much Does Your Baby Sleep?

On average, she sleeps for 9 hours in the night and naps for 2-3 hours during the day. Wonder how can we make her sleep more? Hmm...esp when she's so active and inquisitive at this age. When I proposed this name to the hubs, he liked it. It was one of the names we both … [Read more...]

Long Overdue Update
Life as a new mum has been a whirlwind of activities till I've lost touch with the world of blogging. Only when a good friend of mine reminded me recently that I've not updated Dana's blog that it struck me I must do something to document this miraculous journey with this tiny Princess who's totally transformed our lives :)If I could sum up the past 6 months in 1 word, it'll be nothing short of "Marvelous". Yes, parenting has its challenges but we'll not exchange this rewarding experience for … [Read more...]
First Post

One of the first facts which didn't take us too long to discover as new parents is that:"People who say they sleep like a baby usually don't have one" (Leo J. Burke). I'm sure all you parents out there can say a loud 'Amen' to that :) … [Read more...]
