Tried a new recipe for Dana's dinner today. Taken from Annabel Karmel's Top 100 Baby Purees book. It's relatively easy to follow and taste delicious! Ever since Dana sprouted 2 teeth, she's shown more interest in what we're eating than her usual porridge. Mangoes are in season! At my fav grocer, couldn't resist buying several ripe blushing Australian mangoes to prepare one of our all-time fav desserts - Chilled Mango Sago. Tbe mangoes turned out to be super sweet so I specially saved some and pureed it for Dana. Saw some luscious Australian Nectarines on sale at my fav grocer and bought some for Dana to try. She likes it and so do I!
