The Origins of my Name…
When we knew we were expecting a baby girl, I wanted her last name to bear the same initials as her Daddy. Like other excited parents, we browsed baby websites trying to shortlist names which sound good and have good meanings. A Day at the Infantcare
Our Princess turns 7 months today (how time flies when you have a baby!). She's been enrolled at the Little Skool-House on the Vista for a month now and we thank God she's adapting very well to the teachers and friends there. At 6 months, Dana can:• Blow bubbles• Turn towards sounds and voices• Imitate sounds made by us• Jabber to herself and combine syllables to utter things like 'Poo-vah'• Roll from front to back and back to front• Reach for objects and mouths them• Gets from A to B by rolling, creeping forward (pushing with her legs and pulling with her arms)• Is ready for semi-solids (although she doesn't quite like them)• Stand up when supported and bounce up and down using her knees. … [Read more...]
