Daddy took childcare leave on 22 May, a day after his birthday to bring the family for an outing. We went onboard the Singapore Ducktour which brought us on an amphibious tour around Singapore's civic district and Marina waterfront. It's a novel way to tour our city and we felt like tourists! After the 60min tour, Daddy treated us to a yummy lunch at Skinny Pizza. It's the nicest pizza ever and we (even Dana) absolutely loved it! Look forward to more leisurely family outings like this :) … [Read more...]

Dana Tours Malacca!
We drove up to Malacca last weekend to celebrate Mothers' Day as well as my birthday :). We had planned for this trip since 3 months back and were so looking forward to it! Thank God for the good weather, great company (of my cousins), a smooth drive and Dana's good health! We had a relaxing time sightseeing, lazing in the hotel room and just chilling out by the pool. Dana was an extremely cooperative and adaptable baby and did not fuss even though she's in a new environment and did not have her … [Read more...]

What’s Princess up to at the Little Skool-House
Each time after we dropped Dana off at the infantcare, we wonder what keeps her occupied the entire day. Today being the centre's open house, we popped by to take a peep. Am pleased to see her playing independently, flipping books and happily taking her first steps. The teachers there also stimulate the infants with music, art n craft sessions and other fun activities everyday! A happy infant care environment makes a happy baby :) … [Read more...]
1st Enrichment Class…
Our Princess' growing up so fast that she'll be turning 1 in less than a month's time. We observed that her psychomotor skills are quite advanced (result of her roaming around freely under close supervision at infantcare) and decided we should stimulate her in other ways. So we started sort of an 'enrichment class hunt for her. We brought her to several trials - Gymboree, Growing up Gifted and Little Neuro Tree before finally deciding on Kindermusik. We've always like Kindermusik's classes as … [Read more...]
