Miracles are a retelling in small letters of the very same story which is written across the whole world in letters too large for some of us to see. – C.S Lewis
Hi, this is Angie. A warm welcome to my blog, ‘Life’s Tiny Miracles’!
Life’s Tiny Miracles is an award-winning parenting, lifestyle and travel blog which journals the experiences and reflections living as a family of four in Singapore. I write about the beautiful and trying moments of everyday life – friendship, faith, family, food, travels, the ups & downs of parenting and all other things that shape us, delight us, and make our family grow.
My journey to motherhood is an unconventional one, having survived infertility, IVF, child-losses and infant-bereavement. I was barren for 9 years until our miracle baby, Dana came along in April 2008. 6 years later, David and I adopted a baby boy whom we named Alexander. Just when we thought we could lead a life as any other ‘normal’ family, I was diagnosed with early stage Endometrial Cancer in January 2018. By God’s grace, I am now in remission.
Why Life’s Tiny Miracles?
In the midst of our busy lives, it’s important to practise gratitude. These ‘miracles’ can come in the form of an answered prayer, a family milestone or a special memory etched in tears. Does my family face worries, problems, setbacks, struggles and disappointments? Plenty, trust me. But it is my desire (and David’s) to make a conscious choice daily to focus on life’s tiny miracles so we can model for our kids, the abundant, purposeful life which God has intended for us.

In every victory, Let it be said of me. My source of strength, My source of hope.
Is Christ alone.”
